Getting a useful answer quickly.

BEFORE OPENING A TICKET

Read the error log and include what it says Establish whether it affects one site or everything Establish whether it started after a specific change Test whether a plain static file loads, which separates server from application

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Domain and cPanel username Exact error text, copied not paraphrased Timestamps, with the timezone What you have already ruled out Log extracts Steps to reproduce

WHY THIS MATTERS

A ticket showing the diagnostic work already done gets a technical reply. A ticket saying "the site is broken" costs a round trip before anything starts.

WHAT WE CAN CHECK THAT YOU CANNOT

Server-side logs beyond your account Resource usage in detail Whether a server-level change coincided File ownership at the system level Mail queue and delivery details

WHAT REMAINS YOURS

Application code, framework configuration, third-party plugins, and your own queries.

IF YOU DISAGREE WITH AN ANSWER

Say so with specifics, and ask for it to be reviewed.
