How to Restore Your Website Files Using JetBackup in ZillionKingHost cPanel
JetBackup allows you to download a copy of your website files directly from your cPanel account. This is useful if you want to keep a local backup of your website, migrate your website to another hosting provider, or restore specific files later.
Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Open your web browser.

Visit your cPanel login URL.

Enter your cPanel username and password.

Click Log In.
Step 2: Open JetBackup
-
Once inside cPanel, scroll down to the Files or JetBackup section.

Click JetBackup 5.
JetBackup will display all available backups associated with your hosting account.
Step 3: Access File Backups

In JetBackup, click File Backups.
-
A list of available backup dates will appear.

Select the backup date you would like to download files from.
We recommend selecting the most recent backup unless you specifically need files from an earlier date.
Step 4: Browse Your Website Files
After selecting a backup date:

Navigate through the folder structure.
-
Locate the files or folders you wish to download.

Common website files are typically located inside:
-
public_html
-
www
-
addon domain directories
-
For WordPress websites, most website files are found inside the public_html directory.
Step 5: Download Files or Folders
To download a specific file:

Select the file.
-
Click Download Selected.
To download an entire folder:
-
Select the folder.
-
Click Download Selected.
JetBackup will prepare the download and create a downloadable archive.
Step 6: Monitor Download Progress

Click Queue in the JetBackup interface.

Wait for the download task to complete.

Once completed, click Download.
The backup archive will be downloaded to your computer.
Downloading a Full Account Backup
If available on your hosting plan, you can also download a complete account backup.

Open JetBackup 5.
-
Click Full Backups.
-
Select the desired backup date.

Click Download.
-
Wait for JetBackup to prepare the backup.

Download the generated archive file.
A Full Backup may include:

Website files
-
Databases
-
Email accounts
-
Email messages
-
DNS settings
-
cPanel account configuration
Downloading Databases
To download a website database:

Open JetBackup 5.
-
Click Database Backups.
-
Select the desired database.
-
Choose the backup date.
-
Click Download.
The database will be downloaded as a backup file that can later be restored or imported.
Important Notes

Large backups may take several minutes to prepare.

Do not close your browser while JetBackup is generating the download.

Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your computer before downloading large backups.

Backup availability depends on your hosting plan and retention policy.

Some backup types may not be available if they were not included in your hosting package.
Troubleshooting
Download Button Not Appearing
Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Download Stuck in Queue
Large backups can take time to process. Wait a few minutes and refresh the Queue page.
Download Failed
