What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your ZillionKingHost account. In addition to your password, you will be required to enter a unique security code generated by an authentication app on your mobile device whenever you log in.
This helps protect your account even if your password becomes compromised.
Before You Begin
You will need:
- Access to your ZillionKingHost Client Area
- A smartphone or tablet
- An authenticator application installed on your device
Recommended authenticator apps:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Authy
- Duo Mobile
These apps are available for both Android and iPhone devices.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
-
Visit the ZillionKingHost Client Area:
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Login.
Step 2: Access Security Settings
- Once logged in, click your profile name in the top-right corner.
- Select Security Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the Two-Factor Authentication section.
Step 3: Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Under the Two-Factor Authentication section, click "Click here to enable".
- A QR code and setup instructions will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Scan the QR Code
- Open your preferred authenticator app on your smartphone.
- Tap the option to add a new account.
- Choose Scan QR Code.
- Scan the QR code displayed in your ZillionKingHost Client Area.
If you cannot scan the QR code, manually enter the secret key provided on the page.
Step 5: Verify the Setup
- After scanning the QR code, your authenticator app will begin generating 6-digit verification codes.
- Enter the current code into the verification box in your client area.
- Click Activate, Verify, or Enable.
You should receive a confirmation message indicating that Two-Factor Authentication has been successfully enabled.
Step 6: Save Your Backup Code
During setup, you may be provided with:
- A backup code
- A recovery key
- Emergency access codes
Important:
Store these codes in a safe location.
You may need them if:
- Your phone is lost or damaged
- You uninstall your authenticator app
- You change devices
Without these backup codes, account recovery may require verification through our support team.
Testing Your Two-Factor Authentication
To confirm that everything is working correctly:
- Log out of your client account.
- Return to the login page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- When prompted, open your authenticator app.
- Enter the current 6-digit code.
- Click Login.
If access is granted, your Two-Factor Authentication is functioning correctly.
How to Disable Two-Factor Authentication
- Log in to your client area.
- Navigate to Security Settings.
- Locate the Two-Factor Authentication section.

- Confirm the action using your current authentication code.
For security reasons, only disable 2FA when absolutely necessary.
